Personal Membership Application
HOW TO APPLY FOR PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP:
Applying for Personal membership at Eastern Financial is easy! Simply download the Membership Application or call our Service Center and request one.
After you complete the Membership/Signature Card, you'll need to open your primary Credit Union account with a minimum deposit of $5. Remember, if you're applying for a joint account, both the primary member and joint account holder must sign the card where indicated. Please note that all new Members must open a $5 (minimum) Savings account in addition to any other accounts that may be opened. This Primary Savings account must remain open at the minimum $5 deposit level for the duration of the membership.
Once you have completed the Membership/Signature Card form, bring it to your nearest Eastern Financial branch with a valid form of identification (Drivers License, Passport or Resident Alien ID). Or you can mail in your application along with copies of your ID or other U.S. Government issued ID or a notary stamp to:

“IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT”
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license and other identifying documents.”
