Please be advised that certain Insurance Companies are now using the services of EOI Direct. EOI Direct provides certificates of insurance or master policy data for community associations insured through their agency. While this service and requesting additions to a mortgagee clause is free, they do charge a delivery fee to the homeowner to receive this information in connection with a real estate transaction. You will be advised if your community association insures using this agency prior to submitting the request to obtain a certificate of insurance or master policy showing EFFCU as first or second mortgagee. EFFCU does not know the fee associated with this service until the request is made. This fee varies depending on the State where the property is located. You can always contact your community association directly and provide us with the necessary documentation to satisfy the insurance requirement.

APR is Annual Percentage Rate. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. All rates shown may not apply to every borrower. All Credit Union loans are granted on the basis of credit worthiness, ability to repay and acceptable collateral. Maximum APR 18% for HELOC products.

***A fee of $500 or the actual closing cost amount, whichever is less, will be assessed if the Home Equity Line of Credit is closed prior to the 24-month period following the inception date. The fee will be waived if the borrower refinances the Home Equity Line of Credit with an EFFCU mortgage loan or another Home Equity Program. Loans over $500,000.00 are subject to 50% of closing costs.  $350 refundable application fee.
