Choose from a wide array of mortgages to meet your needs, such as:

Rate increases are capped at 2% a year - 6% over the life of the loan.		Opportunity to get a lower rate and, therefore, lower monthly payments during the initial stages of the loan.

Up to 30-year term.
Fixed rate for 3, 5, 7 or 10 years, then converts to 1yr Adjustable for balance of term.		Low fixed rate converts to an adjustable rate after a few years to take advantage of future rate drops.

Up to 30-year term.
Loans of $417,000.01 or more.

Finance larger amounts with flexible terms and competitive interest rates.
