Accidental Death and Dismemberment
All Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union Members are entitled to sign up for $2,000 of FREE Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment gives you and your family 24 hour protection against accidents both on and off the job, which includes accidental death and dismemberment. For enrollment or claims information, call (800) 252-2148. For billing concerns, please contact the Insurance Services Department.
